New Build 6 Bed House with Basement

LOCATION: Woodside, Leigh on Sea, Essex

The client brief was to design a large, exclusive, and prestigious 5-plus-bedroom property with basement facilities, including a gym and a cinema. We were able to design a 4-storey building with 5 double bedrooms with 3 en-suites and 1 large rear-facing balcony. The reception rooms included a gym, cinema room, 2 private lounges, a library and office rooms. The client preferred traditional architecture, so we designed a slightly refined Georgian façade to reduce its prominence in the street sequence while still retaining a high level of elegance and architectural form.
