New Build Fit Out of Community Centre, Music & Dance Studio

The site is a ground-floor commercial space in the landmark Beaufort Park development in Colindale, which is part of Barnet's regeneration strategy. The client plans to use the space as a community-based creative hub for those with a passion for media, music, fitness, dance, and art. Creating a safe and expressive environment where everything is something. We listened carefully to the client's requirements and produced a design that met them, using all available space. The end result is a great space for all ages and backgrounds, and they provide a great service to the local community.
